Contact us via the Live chat or email us if you need any assistance.

### **Live chat**

The primary method to reach us is via Live Chat. To start a chat, simply follow these steps:

1.  Click the message icon at the bottom right corner of your Ryviu Importer dashboard.

2.  Choose either 'Ask a Question' or 'Report an Issue.' Be sure to include clear screenshots and your email address. If we're available online, we'll address your concern immediately or follow up via email.
